The contact composer stays local
The composer prepares text in your browser. Its code does not submit your entries to a server, store them in localStorage, or include them in a page address. Your draft remains in the current page until it is cleared, replaced or the page is closed or reloaded. Browser session restoration and autofill may behave differently according to your own settings.
Copying and downloading
Copying places the draft on your device’s clipboard when your browser permits it. Other applications or clipboard-history features on your device may then retain or access it under their own settings. Downloading creates a plain-text file on your device. You control where that file is stored, shared and deleted.
Email you choose to send
If you send an email to [email protected], the message includes your email address and whatever content or attachments you supply. It may also contain normal email metadata. That correspondence can be used to read your enquiry, respond, address corrections and maintain necessary records. Do not send passwords, access codes, identity documents or sensitive personal information.
Email providers process correspondence as part of delivering and hosting email. This website does not promise end-to-end confidentiality for ordinary email. Correspondence should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, relevant legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping.
Browser preferences
The cookie-options page can store your choice under balcony-cookie-preference in localStorage. It is a browser preference, not an advertising identifier. You can remove it on the Cookie Options page or through your browser’s site-data controls. The supplied site code uses no analytics, advertising tags or third-party embeds.
Hosting and normal requests
Loading a website necessarily sends technical information to the hosting infrastructure, including an IP address and requested resource. Hosting services may keep access or security logs. The static page code does not determine their exact contents or retention. This notice does not claim that infrastructure logs are absent.
External links
Following an external link takes you to another organisation’s website, whose policies apply there. Supporting photographs are referenced as local files; the supplied pages do not load remote image services, external fonts or third-party scripts.
Questions and rights
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal data, including access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. Email the address above with a clear request. We may need sufficient information to verify and understand it. You may also have the right to contact your local data-protection authority.
Changes
If the site’s data handling changes, this notice should be updated to reflect the change. Review this page before sending personal information, particularly if new features have been introduced.
