Cookies and localStorage are different
Cookies can accompany requests to a website. localStorage is browser storage that the page’s JavaScript can read on the same origin; it is not automatically sent with page requests. This site uses localStorage only if you save a preference below. It is not used to store contact drafts or create an advertising profile.
| Item | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| balcony-cookie-preference | Remembers the choice you explicitly save | Until removed, cleared by the browser or lost with browser data |
| Contact draft in page memory | Prepares copyable and downloadable text | Current page only; browser restoration may vary |
Save or remove a preference
No optional cookie feature is currently implemented. Selecting the optional choice records a preference only; it does not activate analytics or any other tracker. Any future feature would need an appropriate explanation and lawful controls before use.
Your browser preference
Your browser controls
You can block storage or remove site data in your browser’s privacy settings. Controls usually apply only to the current browser profile and device. Private browsing may discard preferences when the session ends. Blocking localStorage does not prevent you from reading the guides or using the contact composer.
Hosting and external services
This page describes storage implemented by the supplied site code. Hosting infrastructure may process normal request information for delivery and security. If you leave the site through an external link or use your email application, the relevant service’s own policies apply.
